I authorize the Photographer to use and to create images for promotional material, online usage, and other areas of marketability. I further authorize the distribution of photographs to potential Models of the Photographer for portfolio purposes. I further acknowledge that I will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing and that the Photographer of such photos exclusively owns all rights.

Minor Model Release

MINOR MODEL RELEASE I give the Photographer permission with respect to photograph the minor described herein. I warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and have full right and authority to grant this consent on behalf of such minor. I, authorize the Photographer to use and to create images for promotional material, online usage, and other areas of marketability. I further authorize the distribution of photographs to potential clients of the Photographer for portfolio purposes.

Social Media *

I understand that as part of the model call, any images I share on social media, I will properly tag all parties involved including Jessica Crandell Photography and Peony & Pine Photography Landscapes

Lateness & Cancellation *

I understand that there are no reshoots for this model call. I agree to show up on time and give ample warning in the unlikely event I need to cancel. I understand tardiness, no shows or cancellations will result in being barred from future model calls.

Creative Session *

I understand this is a creative session and therefore agree to work alongside the photographer and follow their direction for the duration of the session.
