Thank you for being part of the first annual Santa's Workshop: A Photo Experience, hosted by Jessica Crandell Photography and Peony & Pine Photography Landscapes. The turnaround time for these images is about a week as I am a one person show when it comes to capturing your photos, editing your photos, delivering your galleries and getting your final images to your inbox. Each session is guaranteed 2 images however if your session permitted the opportunity for additional images, I will edit a small gallery for you to choose your favourites from and purchase additional images. All image add-ons will be $9/photo and payment for any additional images can be sent to jessicacrandellphoto@gmail.com.
External Factors - NO REFUNDS will be given for dissatisfaction with your images. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, hair, or weather-related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Jessica Crandell Photography will not give refunds due to lack of subject cooperation (i.e., upset, crying baby/toddler).
Premium Retouching - It is understood that your session comes with basic retouching. The removal of blemishes, pimples, stray hairs (to an extent and at the discretion of the photographer) is included. It is understood that premium retouching is NOT included. Premium retouching includes alteration of the body and face, object removal, face swapping, and beyond. Any additional requests for editing after the gallery has been delivered is subject to a fee of $100/hr and may be outsourced. Additionally, premium retouching is subject to a longer turnaround time.
Responsibilities - Jessica Crandell Photography is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the
control of Jessica Crandell Photography including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the CLIENT or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, misunderstanding of directions, or restrictions of the locations. Jessica Crandell Photography is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage
Client Rights - Regarding the images delivered, as digital files or otherwise, Client’s rights are limited to personal use. Photographs may not be sold or used in advertising unless otherwise specified by the Photographer.
Photographer Rights - It is understood that any and all images, whether proofs, digital files, final prints or sample prints, and all rights to them remain the property of the Photographer.
Safety - Jessica Crandell Photography reserves to right to terminate coverage of the session if the photographer or any associates acting under Jessica Crandell Photography experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behaviour from person(s) at the session; or in the event that the safety of the photographer from Jessica Crandell Photography is in question.
Delivery of Photos - No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Any requests or adjustments must be made prior to downloading the images. Once the client downloads the images, the service Jessica Crandell Photography provided is rendered complete. It is understood that all images will be delivered digitally. The turnaround for your digital photo delivery from Jessica Crandell Photography has been agreed upon as up to 7 business days excluding any emergency circumstances that would exclude Jessica Crandell Photography from executing the delivery of images in a timely manner
